The cosplay competition at Dream Con has returned, and this year it promises to be elevated to new heights. Esteemed cosplayers CutiePieSensei, AllieCatCosplay, and Midnightpursona have been invited to serve as special guest judges and the event will be hosted by Rinnegoddess.
